The organization places a strong emphasis on sustainability and quality standards while ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Employment with HHM Hotels offers stability and opportunities for career advancement, with a full-time employment type that supports professional growth within the hospitality industry.

The Engineer role at HHM Hotels is integral to maintaining the high standards expected in the hospitality environment. The engineer will take responsibility for inspections, repairs, and upkeep of various physical components ranging from electrical fixtures to plumbing and kitchen equipment. The engineer also undertakes minor plumbing duties, performs heating and cooling unit maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs kitchen equipment, and maintains comprehensive repair and preventive maintenance records. Compliance with local, state, and federal codes is essential, along with adherence to safety standards such as MSDS and OSHA. The role requires an individual who is proactive about guest satisfaction, able to assist in other hotel functions like bell attendant duties during staffing shortages, and committed to following service recovery guidelines when necessary.

Working conditions for this position may include variable schedules, holidays, weekends, and shifts that require physical stamina. The role demands standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and other physical activities necessary to fulfill maintenance tasks effectively.
