The role of Nursing Trainer at VEG is one of profound impact and significance. This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $33.00 to $65.00 per hour. As a Nursing Trainer, you will lead with curiosity and compassion, enhancing not only technical skills but also confidence and momentum among nursing assistants and credentialed technicians. Your responsibilities include partnering with leadership to identify training needs, assessing competencies through direct observation, and driving professional advancement through the VEG Cultivate program. You will serve as the primary training lead at your hospital, balancing on-the-floor mentoring with strategic development duties. Your training methods will accommodate various learning styles, and you will organize peer training sessions to build a strong culture of mentorship.
