As one of the leading school districts in the region, Northshore is focused on providing high-quality educational opportunities and support services to ensure the success and well-being of all its students. This commitment extends beyond the classroom to encompass all aspects of school life, including nutrition and food services, which play a crucial role in student health and learning outcomes.

The Food Service department within the Northshore School District is searching for a diligent and experienced Food Service Manager to oversee the comprehensive kitchen operations across its schools. The role is critical in supporting federal nutrition programs by preparing and serving entrées, soups, breads, salads, and desserts in alignment with established recipes, with flexibility to adapt as necessary to maintain food quality.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the Food Service Manager will ensure the accurate recording of food inventory, manage financial accountability and government reimbursement documentation, and operate point of sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
