The role available at Dorner Manufacturing is a hands-on assembly position focused on the production of custom conveyor components, including complex electrical systems. This full-time position is based in Sussex, Wisconsin, and offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, providing employees with predictable hours to maintain a balanced personal and professional life. Candidates will utilize a variety of hand tools to assemble and wire panels according to schematic drawings, ensuring quality and precision in each build. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues in mechanical and electrical assemblies.

Employees in this position will have the opportunity to grow their expertise in electrical wiring and mechanical assembly while collaborating closely with engineers to solve technical problems and improve product quality. The job environment encourages adaptability, as employees may be asked to support multiple departments as production demands change.
