With a strong culture centered on collaboration, career growth, and training, Towne Park offers a supportive environment where employees can develop their skills and advance professionally.

The Senior Valet Captain role at Towne Park, based at the Eilan Hotel & Spa in San Antonio, TX, is a part-time position offering an hourly base pay range of $15 to $16 plus tips ranging from $18 to $20 per hour. This position plays a critical leadership role in site operations, ensuring superior service delivery and maintaining high standards of guest experience in a facility that operates with a smaller team size and less than 24/7 operation hours. This role requires an experienced professional who can handle guest complaints diplomatically, maintain composure under pressure, and provide guidance and training to team members. The Senior Valet Captain fosters effective communication between the valet team and the hotel's staff while also cultivating a welcoming atmosphere that exemplifies the hospitality services Towne Park is known for. The position involves physical activity such as walking, running, standing for long periods, and occasionally lifting heavy objects, as well as functioning in various weather conditions due to outdoor work exposure.

With responsibilities ranging from ensuring operational compliance to engaging in hiring and training processes, this position offers tremendous opportunity for leadership and influence within the Towne Park team. The Senior Valet Captain also plays a vital role in promoting the company’s standards to clients and guests while contributing to business growth by enhancing client loyalty. By joining Towne Park in this capacity, one becomes part of a dynamic company culture that prioritizes team success, personal development, and delivering "Aggressive Hospitality" that leaves guests pleased and returning.

Towne Park also provides employees with various benefits, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and 401k retirement savings plans. Paid time off and floating holidays accrue based on hours worked, supporting work-life balance. The company values diversity, equal opportunity, and compliance with federal and state regulations, making it an inclusive environment for all qualified applicants.

This career opportunity is ideal for candidates who are dependable, professional, and driven to serve, offering a chance to contribute to a respected hospitality services leader while advancing their own career in the industry.
