The E-commerce Supervisor role at Delaware North Sportservice presents an exciting opportunity for those passionate about retail operations and customer service in a fast-paced, energetic environment. This part-time position, located at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, offers hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 and includes access to a comprehensive benefits package. As an E-commerce Supervisor, you will lead the fulfillment process, manage order processing from pulling orders to handling returns and exchanges, and ensure exceptional customer service through timely communication and problem resolution. You will also support the Ecommerce Manager with marketing campaign execution, product launches, and site monitoring for product opportunities. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience
- Experience working with a point of sale system
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and climbing ladders

Job Duties
- Leads overall fulfillment process from pulling orders to processing returns and exchanges

- Work closely with fulfillment team to prevent and resolve order issues
- Manage order edits and update order requests
- Provide proactive tracking updates to improve guest experience
- Maintain consistent brand voice across customer interactions
- Perform basic data entry and performance reporting
- Support Ecommerce Manager with photo and content production during peak campaigns
- Assist Ecommerce Manager with marketing campaigns and product launches
