Reporting directly to the Pastry Chef, the pastry cook plays a vital role in producing and plating a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts. While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates must demonstrate a strong willingness to work hard and a genuine eagerness to learn. The role requires early morning availability, starting as early as 6:00 a.m., to align with production schedules and ensure the availability of fresh baked goods for guests.

- 1-3 years experience in a food service role
- knowledge of various food-service styles a plus
- exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- maintains composure under pressure
- remains calm and courteous in difficult situations
- early morning (6:00am) shifts are required
- work is performed in a restaurant/event environment
- this role requires primarily standing and walking during entire shift
- work environment is fast-paced and team member must be able to manage multiple priorities throughout a shift
