Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience as baker lead or pastry lead
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 1 am
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Physical ability to manage overnight bakery work
- Must commute to San Diego, CA 92103
- No home bakers
- Full-time availability for 40 to 50 hours per week

- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- 2 years professional experience
- Experience as baker lead or pastry lead
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee overnight shift and lead 3 to 4 people with you
- Proof and bake each croissants and breads
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Decorate pastries using various techniques to ensure an appealing presentation
- Package everything in delivery boxes
- Control with delivery driver that everything is properly boxed and organized in the truck
- Place fruits orders based on inventory
- Print shift report
- Fill out end of shift report
- Ensure team member are taking their break on time and clocking in/out on time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry lab
- Manage your team to finish the production on time and by meeting all quality standard
