Job Description
Northland Restaurant Group, LLC and DORO Incorporated are proud to be independent franchisees of Hardee's Restaurants, a well-established fast-food chain known for its superior products and exceptional service. Since 1968, we have operated Hardee's locations, developing a strong presence and reputation for quality and growth. Today, we are among the fastest-growing Hardee's franchisees and hold the position of the third largest Hardee's franchisee in the United States. Our success stems from a deep commitment to our people, providing comprehensive training, supporting a positive work culture, and maintaining a focus on team development and operational excellence. This ethos fuels our continuing expansion and solidifies our standing in the competitive fast-food landscape.
As a member of our team, you join a company that values safety, health standards, and a respectful work environment. Our team members contribute directly to the Hardee's promise of serving high-quality food with excellent customer service in clean, comfortable settings. We offer a variety of roles within our restaurants, including cooks, cashiers, shift leaders, and potential management candidates, all integral to ensuring our locations run smoothly and efficiently. Our opportunities cater to individuals eager to develop their careers within a supportive, growth-oriented company.
The Team Member role is central to our operation, requiring dedication, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be willing and able to work early morning shifts beginning at 5 a.m., a schedule that aligns with our commitment to prepare and serve fresh food promptly to our customers. Compensation starts at competitive hourly wages ranging from $15.97 to $18.00 for employees over 18 years old, with a training wage of $14.50 to $15.72 per hour available for employees under 18 during their initial 90 days, in accordance with legal guidelines.
Team Members are expected to produce high-quality food consistently, deliver fast and courteous service, maintain a tidy and pleasing environment, and adhere strictly to company policies. Successful candidates will find flexible scheduling options to accommodate their needs and many opportunities for advancement within the company. We pride ourselves on promoting from within and supporting our employees’ career growth.
In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes free meal discounts, insurance options, holiday pay, and a 401K plan with company match. These benefits make working with us rewarding and offer financial and personal security. This position provides a unique chance to be a part of a thriving company with a strong community culture, where your work is recognized and your ambitions supported.
Joining Northland Restaurant Group and DORO Incorporated means becoming part of a dynamic and growing team dedicated to upholding the revered Hardee's brand values while fostering positive employment experiences. Our team members are our greatest asset, and we are committed to offering a safe and respectful workplace where they can thrive both personally and professionally. Work with us to build a superior career surrounded by superior people and products.
