North Bay Regional Center (NBRC) is a nonprofit private corporation dedicated to serving individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. As one of the 21 nonprofit Regional Centers throughout California, NBRC operates under a contract with the Department of Developmental Services to provide comprehensive coordination of services and support. Covering Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties, NBRC serves over 12,000 people. The Early Intervention Service Coordinator is a vital role within NBRC, focusing on infants and toddlers aged 0 to 3 years who are eligible for Early Intervention Services under California's Early Start program mandates. This position involves conducting intake and ongoing assessments, assisting families with the development of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and coordinating the delivery of services necessary to foster child development and family capacity. The coordinator participates in periodic IFSP reviews every six months or more frequently if needed, and plays an active role in transition services for toddlers as they move to other programs. This role also involves outreach and liaison activities with community organizations working with high-risk populations. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse families.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $70,668 to $77,916, with opportunities for annual 5% increases. It is primarily office-based with the possibility of a hybrid remote work schedule after successful performance, adhering to NBRC’s policy of maintaining in-person contact with clients and community members. The role requires flexibility in work hours, availability for after-hours emergencies, and the ability to provide reliable transportation.
