The role of Dual Rate Shift Manager/Floor Supervisor at Granite State Gaming & Hospitality involves overseeing casino gaming operations, including table games, slot machines, and other associated activities. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and compliant functioning of the gaming floor while maintaining high standards of guest service. Candidates will be responsible for supervising dealers and team members, ensuring adherence to gaming regulations, and collaborating closely with security and compliance departments to uphold the integrity of all gaming operations. The role requires a dynamic leader who excels in problem-solving, communication, and decision-making under pressure, in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of Casino Table Games management or related experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Solid knowledge of table game rules and procedures
  • Experience in casino operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with casino management systems

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily Table Games operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and revenue optimization
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a positive gaming atmosphere
  • Supervise, coach, and direct dealers and team members on proper procedures
  • Monitor table performance, inventories, fills/credits, and daily reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, including MICS and Title 31
  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
