Job Requirements
- Education background in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior hotel management role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in hotel management software and financial reporting
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- Prior General Manager experience required
- Hyatt and Marriott experience strongly preferred
