Driver Crew Member - Maintenance

Juniper is currently expanding and looking for Drivers to join their Landscape Maintenance teams. This dual role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on landscape maintenance, providing a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy both driving and outdoor work. The Driver/Crew Member will be responsible for safely operating company trucks equipped with 24-foot trailers to transport crew and equipment to various job sites. Additionally, the role involves actively participating in landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, and applying mulch. Crew members will also handle general landscape maintenance duties using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.

This position demands a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Candidates must be able to perform in physically demanding conditions, including working outside for extended periods in extreme weather. The role requires physical agility to bend, stoop, twist, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Experience in driving trucks with trailers is essential, while previous landscaping experience is preferred but not mandatory. Bi-lingual candidates, especially those fluent in English and Spanish, will find this role particularly advantageous.
