Drivers are entrusted with transporting passengers or supplies and equipment in vehicles weighing under 26,000 pounds (gross vehicle weight), while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety. Drivers must foster a pleasant atmosphere both inside and outside their vehicles and serve as knowledgeable concierges to guests, familiar with both the property and surrounding areas. Other duties include transporting luggage up to 80 pounds, cleaning and fueling vehicles as necessary, maintaining detailed logbooks of vehicle and rider information, and adhering to all safety and operational protocols.
