The role includes a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, offering medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with work/life resources to support overall well-being. Additional benefits such as retirement savings plans, including 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and disability coverage may also be available depending on location, eligibility, and other factors.\n\nKey responsibilities encompass daily vehicle inspections before and after routes to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness, employing safety equipment such as seat belts at all times, and proactively identifying and addressing maintenance and safety issues. Drivers must foster a pleasant atmosphere both inside and outside their vehicles and serve as knowledgeable concierges to guests, familiar with both the property and surrounding areas. Other duties include transporting luggage up to 80 pounds, cleaning and fueling vehicles as necessary, maintaining detailed logbooks of vehicle and rider information, and adhering to all safety and operational protocols. The position may also require drivers to perform clerical tasks, operate cash registers, dispense propane following federal regulations, and participate in training and safety meetings.\n\nAramark values innovation and encourages drivers to contribute ideas that improve efficiency and operational effectiveness. The organization upholds strict compliance with safety, security, emergency procedures, and environmental policies, reinforcing a culture of responsibility and excellence. This role is physically demanding at times, involving lifting, bending, pushing, and extended periods of walking and standing, and may require the use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).\n\nBy joining Aramark as a Driver II, individuals become part of a company that not only offers competitive pay and benefits but also supports their growth and success through a positive, inclusive work environment.
