Job Requirements

High school graduation or GED
two years of transportation experience preferred
valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
must have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
ability to obtain CPR certification
ability to read, write, and understand English
ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards
ability to use software and office equipment
ability to follow directions
ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
transportation experience, preferably two years
valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
ability to be CPR certified
ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
knowledge of vehicle safety procedures
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Maintains HIPAA standards and confidentiality
drives residents to appointments and outings
participates in member services meetings to develop social and recreational schedules
communicates daily with Concierge or Social Director about transportation
assists residents in and out of vehicles
prioritizes routes and schedules to accommodate residents
reports any incidents or issues to supervisors
acquires and maintains safety knowledge and handles emergencies
schedules and performs vehicle maintenance
keeps vehicle maintenance records and reports problems
keeps assigned cell phone operational and accessible during work hours
