Job Requirements
- High school graduation or GED
- two years of transportation experience preferred
- valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- must have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- ability to obtain CPR certification
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- ability to use software and office equipment
- ability to follow directions
- ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- transportation experience, preferably two years
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- ability to be CPR certified
- ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
- knowledge of vehicle safety procedures
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintains HIPAA standards and confidentiality
- drives residents to appointments and outings
- participates in member services meetings to develop social and recreational schedules
- communicates daily with Concierge or Social Director about transportation
- assists residents in and out of vehicles
- prioritizes routes and schedules to accommodate residents
- reports any incidents or issues to supervisors
- acquires and maintains safety knowledge and handles emergencies
- schedules and performs vehicle maintenance
- keeps vehicle maintenance records and reports problems
- keeps assigned cell phone operational and accessible during work hours
