Currently, we seek a highly motivated, customer-focused Bartender to join our team. This position requires a personable and engaging professional who excels in hospitality, with responsibilities that extend from initial guest greeting to departure. The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, adept at understanding guest needs, and capable of preparing perfect beverages promptly. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest service

- 2-4 years of bartender experience
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
- Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu
- Be accurate in order taking and confirm all special requests
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Assist guests with concerns and guide them to a satisfactory resolution
- Finalize guest experience with timely and accurate bill presentation
- Requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits
- Maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control
- Input orders into register at point of sale and create checks
- Lock up and store all beverages, food, equipment, deposit cash drops and secure bank
