We are currently seeking a full-time Executive Housekeeper to join a warm and grounded San Francisco family. This prominent role involves managing and maintaining an expansive 11,000 square foot, four-level residence equipped with seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two powder rooms. The home is serviced by an elevator and features a beautifully curated pseudo-Japanese aesthetic with a strict no-outside-shoes policy to preserve cleanliness and comfort. The family consists of two adults and a high school senior, along with their beloved Yorkshire Terrier. The home environment is positive, happy, and easygoing, reflecting a lifestyle built on respect, meticulous care, and eco-friendly practices.

This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for weekend assistance during special events. Compensation ranges from $65 to $70 per hour, paid on a W-2 payroll basis, reflecting the candidate's experience and skills. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the pristine upkeep of a large-scale property requiring detailed knowledge of specialized cleaning techniques and products, especially organic and non-toxic options. You will manage daily cleaning routines, deep cleaning on a rotating basis, and care for delicate decor and high-end materials. Laundry and wardrobe maintenance are key responsibilities, including handling the family’s LG front-loading laundry machines and coordinating with professional dry cleaners. Additionally, you will support household management tasks, such as package intake, inventory monitoring, vendor coordination, and restocking of supplies.

Your role also interacts with the family’s small Yorkshire Terrier, providing affectionate and careful pet care during work hours.
