This role is part of the Doughnutation (Sanitation) team, a crucial behind-the-scenes position dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall readiness of the shops. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all the back-of-house areas remain spotless throughout the day, contributing directly to the overall guest experience and operational excellence of Pinkbox. The position demands attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety consistent with company policies and health regulations. As part of the sanitation team, you will engage in a variety of tasks designed to uphold the welcoming and pristine environment that Pinkbox Doughnuts is known for. This is a dynamic, hands-on job that requires strong work ethic, responsiveness, and teamwork.

Job Requirements
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
- ability to multitask and remain positive in busy working conditions
- janitors can expect to work an 8-hour shift on average, including weekends and holidays
- exposure to cleaning chemicals
- comply with brand and company uniform and hygiene policies
Job Qualifications
- Prior janitorial experience preferred but not required
- must have a County Food Handler’s Card
- legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
Job Duties
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, wash, and clean debris from counters, display cases, and floors
- clean prep areas, walls, and storage racks
- pick up loose trash in all areas and dispose of it properly
- clean drains, dishwashing machines, ovens, walk-in coolers, fryers, and other equipment as required
- clean restrooms using approved chemicals and empty trash
- comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to support the shop
