We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This leadership role involves working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure that our guests enjoy superior dining experiences that reflect the high standards of the Hilton brand. As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service operations, facilitating excellent communication among staff, and supporting the team to thrive. Your responsibilities will include monitoring food quality and presentation to ensure that every meal served is both delicious and visually appealing, addressing guest feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally.

This position demands a leader who can inspire their team through example and active collaboration. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture by encouraging open communication, driving teamwork, and sharing insights during team meetings to keep staff informed and motivated. Furthermore, you will be charged with managing daily operational tasks such as cost control, accurate cash handling, staff scheduling, and inventory management, utilizing technology to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.
