Job Description

Doubletree Albuquerque is a premier hotel located in the heart of Albuquerque, New Mexico. It enjoys a strategic location just blocks from the vibrant downtown area and is directly connected to the Albuquerque Convention Center via an underground concourse. The hotel offers guests easy access to local attractions such as Old Town and ABQ BioPark, and it is only a short 10-minute drive from Albuquerque International Sunport. This convenient and dynamic setting provides a perfect backdrop for associates to deliver exceptional hospitality services while enjoying a supportive and enjoyable work environment. Doubletree Albuquerque prides itself on its commitment to associate well-being, offering facilities like a comfortable breakroom, secure lockers for personal belongings, and hot meals provided every shift, tailored to work schedules for lunch or dinner. In addition, associates benefit from free parking, monthly Thankful Thursday events, ongoing recognition programs, and quarterly rallies that foster team spirit and community among staff members.

As a Front Desk Agent at Doubletree Albuquerque, you will be the ultimate ambassador for guest experiences. This role is dynamic and vital to the daily operations of the hotel, requiring a master of warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and friendly farewells. The Front Desk Agent is the first and last impression guests receive and is responsible for creating lasting positive memories through impeccable service. The position involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment—handling reservations, managing guest requests, and resolving unexpected issues with agility and a positive attitude. Mastery of hospitality systems, particularly familiarity with the PEP front desk system, will be advantageous in streamlining operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a guest service superstar with excellent communication skills and the ability to think quickly and solve problems efficiently. Your ability to juggle multiple front desk tasks, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and managing financial transactions, will keep the front office running like a well-oiled machine. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality and driven to turn every guest interaction into a memorable experience. Doubletree Albuquerque supports its associates by providing comprehensive benefits after an initial waiting period, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, various insurance plans, paid time off, and a 401k retirement plan.

If you thrive in a collaborative environment that values your contributions and prioritizes your well-being, joining Doubletree Albuquerque as a Front Desk Agent is your opportunity to shine in the hospitality industry.
