The position of Medical Reception - Donor Center Technician is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to make a difference in healthcare by supporting critical donor center operations. This role includes comprehensive training, making it accessible to those without prior specialized experience. The technician is the frontline representative who ensures donors undergo thorough pre-donation medical screenings and feel welcomed and valued throughout their experience. Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
  • Exposure to biological fluids and infectious organisms
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to sit or stand for the entire shift
  • Ability to perform precise hand and finger movements
  • Hearing acuity
  • Vision correctable to 20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
  • Personal protective equipment usage
