Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and walk with up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
- Pickup truck recommended

- Previous experience in property maintenance or similar roles preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Strong physical fitness and stamina
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Competency in using a smartphone with a data plan and camera

Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from each resident's container at apartment complexes
- Transfer trash and recycling to the appropriate on-site dumpster or compactor
- Clean up any loose trash around the community
- Document any instances of resident non-compliance
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high operational standards
- Respond to additional assigned duties as needed
