This pivotal leadership position places you in charge of operating a business valued between $1 million to $2 million, managing a team, and ensuring that both guest satisfaction and profitability are achieved. As a General Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of running the restaurant, from hiring, managing, and directing associates to driving sales and profit goals, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience. The role is full-time and offers a competitive salary starting at $80,000 per year for General Managers, with potential earnings exceeding $100,000 annually including bonuses. Assistant Managers start at $58,000 per year, with potential earnings over $75,000. Job Requirements
- Associate's degree
- Minimum one to two years of operations experience
- Leadership experience
- Ability to pass cooking test annually
- Flexibility to move within 50 miles radius
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must comply with ADA physical demands
