Job Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of progressive multi-unit management experience in high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments
  • bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • strong P&L management and financial acumen
  • experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)
  • strong inventory management and operational planning skills
  • proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
  • excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • high emotional intelligence with a collaborative leadership style
  • ability to travel frequently and support multiple locations

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple caf9 locations
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and guest service
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, including sales, labor, and profitability
  • Develop and implement action plans to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and caf9 leadership teams
  • Support talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
  • Identify training needs and partner with training teams to execute development programs
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Champion an exceptional guest experience across all locations
  • Address guest feedback and implement solutions to improve service standards
  • Ensure caf9s consistently exceed guest expectations
  • Partner with franchise owners and General Managers to drive performance
  • Provide guidance on operational processes, performance management, and team development
  • Support execution of training programs and operational initiatives
  • Analyze P&L statements and key performance metrics
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with district goals
  • Support regional strategic planning and growth initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and operational procedures
  • Oversee facility maintenance through preventive maintenance programs
