Position Overview The District Manager plays a crucial leadership role within Concept Bakery Caf9 by overseeing multiple caf9 locations and driving overall performance, growth, and team development. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the business, including adhering to brand standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and managing financial results. The District Manager will lead a team of General Managers and other key leaders, coaching and mentoring them to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style who can inspire teams, execute company initiatives, and maintain a strong partnership with both corporate and franchise operations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multi-unit operations within high-volume restaurant or retail sectors and possess sound financial acumen, including P&L management skills. Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative leadership approach are essential. Additionally, this role demands someone who is adaptable, solutions-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive work culture that supports continuous learning and high engagement levels. Frequent travel between locations is expected to provide on-site leadership and support to teams across the district. Job Requirements
- 5-7+ years of progressive multi-unit management experience in high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments
- bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- strong P&L management and financial acumen
- experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)
- strong inventory management and operational planning skills
- proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, geographically dispersed teams

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple caf9 locations
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and guest service
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, including sales, labor, and profitability
- Develop and implement action plans to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and caf9 leadership teams
- Support talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
- Identify training needs and partner with training teams to execute development programs
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Champion an exceptional guest experience across all locations
- Address guest feedback and implement solutions to improve service standards
- Ensure caf9s consistently exceed guest expectations
- Partner with franchise owners and General Managers to drive performance
- Provide guidance on operational processes, performance management, and team development
- Support execution of training programs and operational initiatives
- Analyze P&L statements and key performance metrics
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with district goals
- Support regional strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain adherence to company policies and operational procedures
- Oversee facility maintenance through preventive maintenance programs
