The role of District Manager 2 (Food) within Sodexo Corporate Services is a strategic and hands-on leadership position overseeing a diverse portfolio of approximately 15 corporate dining accounts across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions, including territories in DC, Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. This role involves managing a combined annual managed volume of around $25 million, spanning various food service offerings such as cafes, catering, executive dining, micro-markets, office coffee services, and vending operations. The District Manager 2 is responsible for driving financial growth and operational excellence across multiple locations, ensuring client satisfaction and strong business partnerships. Key responsibilities include leading a team of 10 salaried managers and over 100 frontline employees, conducting quarterly business reviews with clients, and playing a vital role in business development activities including RFP development. The role demands local travel primarily within DC and Virginia, along with periodic visits to North Carolina and Tennessee.
