Job Requirements
- five plus consecutive years of food service experience in high-volume and multi-unit management environments
- previous success managing prestigious university campus accounts
- ability to inspire strategic direction and deploy resources
- cultivate client and internal relationships
- ensure fulfillment of all contract commitments
- sustain client satisfaction and retention
- maintain strong employee relations
- strong contract negotiation skills
- experience with union environments and sales presentations
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum seven years of management experience
- minimum seven years of functional experience in food service
- proven success managing university campus accounts
- strong financial acumen and p&l management
- demonstrated superior interpersonal and communication skills
- experience in contract negotiations and union environments
- ability to develop and maintain professional client and employee relationships
Job Duties
- coordinate and direct all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors, and employees
- manage financial performance of all accounts
- maintain client retention and ensure satisfaction
- oversee employee training and development programs
- develop and implement business plans and budgets with general managers
- work with clients and senior leadership to maintain mutually beneficial relationships
- support succession planning and development of key personnel
