Job Description
Kizuki International LLC is a dynamic and rapidly growing company dedicated to spreading joy through authentic Asian culinary experiences. The company operates a family of Asian culinary brands, each delivering unique and high-quality dining options that emphasize craftsmanship, connection, hospitality, and culinary excellence. Some standout brands include Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya, which offers the most authentic Japanese ramen experience outside of Japan with scratch-made broths and Japanese-inspired interiors; Supreme Dumplings, known for handcrafted Xiao Long Bao and small bites prepared with tradition and precision; and Tang Bar / Swish Swish, a modern fast-casual concept specializing in bold Sichuan malatang flavors in a customizable and energetic format. With over 20 restaurants and more than 4 central kitchens and commissary facilities across multiple states, Kizuki International LLC is a recognized leader in the Asian culinary scene and continues to expand its footprint nationwide.
The District Manager role at Kizuki International LLC is a full-time, salaried position based in Stonestown, CA, with a competitive annual pay range of $100,000 to $120,000, determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This leadership position plays a crucial role in overseeing the success and growth of multiple restaurant locations within the district. The District Manager is responsible for training, coaching, and developing General Managers and their teams to uphold the company’s high standards for customer experience, food quality, and operational excellence under the 'one house' philosophy. This role demands a strong leader who is deeply invested in cultivating a positive and productive work environment while driving financial performance and operational consistency throughout the district.
Additionally, the District Manager must exhibit cross-functional expertise by collaborating closely with company support centers to develop and implement programs across human resources, culinary, and restaurant operations. These efforts will include new store openings, stabilizing underperforming locations, and promoting best practices to ensure sustained growth and success. The role also involves strategic marketing and community engagement to strengthen local presence and build brand loyalty within the markets served. Compliance with company policies, labor laws, food safety standards, and health regulations is a critical responsibility that ensures operational integrity and a safe workplace for all team members and guests. This position suits an experienced multi-unit restaurant leader who is passionate about Asian cuisine, committed to team development, and motivated to drive business growth in a fast-paced, culturally rich environment.
