As a District Manager with Dunkin', you will oversee the operational excellence and growth of 5 to 6 stores within the assigned district. This leadership role is integral to implementing the brand's operational standards including order accuracy, speed of service, product quality, cleanliness, and exceptional guest service. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and coaching store management teams to ensure consistent delivery of a great customer experience while meeting sales and performance goals. This position demands a dynamic and hands-on leader who remains engaged with both team members and customers, motivating the stores under your supervision to reach their full potential.

In this role, you will apply your knowledge of the quick service restaurant industry and proven leadership skills to drive continuous improvements in store operations.
