Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years in restaurant management, preferably multi-unit
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to travel between restaurant locations as required

Job Duties

Oversee daily operations for multiple Wingstop locations within the district
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Monitor and maintain high operational standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety across all units
Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, working closely with General Managers and on-site teams
Utilize company tools and resources to mentor and coach managers, ensuring the development of high-performing teams
Manage district budgets, including sales, labor, and food costs, to ensure profitability
Control cash, inventory, property, and equipment at each location
Implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve cost efficiencies across the district
Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff across all locations
Foster a positive, high-energy work culture that promotes team collaboration and excellence
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement plans for continuous improvement
Develop future leaders by providing training, mentoring, and career development opportunities
Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Ensure smooth communication between corporate teams and on-site managers
Review and approve staffing schedules, payroll, and other administrative duties
