Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in restaurant management, preferably multi-unit
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel between restaurant locations as required

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations for multiple Wingstop locations within the district
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Monitor and maintain high operational standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety across all units
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, working closely with General Managers and on-site teams
  • Utilize company tools and resources to mentor and coach managers, ensuring the development of high-performing teams
  • Manage district budgets, including sales, labor, and food costs, to ensure profitability
  • Control cash, inventory, property, and equipment at each location
  • Implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve cost efficiencies across the district
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff across all locations
  • Foster a positive, high-energy work culture that promotes team collaboration and excellence
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement plans for continuous improvement
  • Develop future leaders by providing training, mentoring, and career development opportunities
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Ensure smooth communication between corporate teams and on-site managers
  • Review and approve staffing schedules, payroll, and other administrative duties
