Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to travel within the district as needed
  • excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • willingness to provide 24/7 support to teams

Job Qualifications

  • proven leadership and management experience in the restaurant or retail industry
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • experience in training and employee development
  • demonstrated ability to meet operational goals and drive team performance
  • self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • lead and manage operations of 4 to 6 Wendy's restaurants
  • train and develop employees to meet Wendy's goals and procedures
  • work 50 hours or more per week depending on restaurant performance
  • be available 24/7 to support teams as needed
  • maintain professionalism and a positive, self-motivated attitude
  • provide insight and suggestions to help the company progress
  • develop employees to become future leaders
