Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience
  • food safety manager certification
  • ability to pass background and reference checks
  • strong leadership and management abilities
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
  • able to stand for long periods
  • manual dexterity and good auditory and visual skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience
  • demonstrated success in financial and people management
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • proficiency in basic computer skills including Word and Excel
  • food safety manager certification required
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of 6-8 restaurants
  • coordinate communication and teamwork across locations
  • manage profit and loss and business development
  • develop management and team members through coaching and training
  • ensure compliance with standard operational procedures
  • achieve sales targets and labor hour goals
  • resolve guest complaints and provide genuine hospitality
  • lead new restaurant openings
  • assist fellow District Managers as needed
