Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience
- food safety manager certification
- ability to pass background and reference checks
- strong leadership and management abilities
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
- able to stand for long periods
- manual dexterity and good auditory and visual skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience
- demonstrated success in financial and people management
- strong organizational and time management skills
- proficiency in basic computer skills including Word and Excel
- food safety manager certification required
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of 6-8 restaurants
- coordinate communication and teamwork across locations
- manage profit and loss and business development
- develop management and team members through coaching and training
- ensure compliance with standard operational procedures
- achieve sales targets and labor hour goals
- resolve guest complaints and provide genuine hospitality
- lead new restaurant openings
- assist fellow District Managers as needed
