The organization values boldness, individuality, and teamwork, welcoming those who are eager to contribute meaningfully to its dynamic community.

The role of Regional Manager at Freebirds is a pivotal leadership position, designed for individuals ready to take their career to new heights. As a Regional Manager, you will serve as the critical connection between the company headquarters and the restaurants within your assigned region. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, ensuring strict adherence to corporate policies, and sharpening the focus on sales growth across all locations. Your leadership will be instrumental in building strong customer relations and fostering a productive and motivated team atmosphere.

The Regional Manager will oversee key management functions such as training, recruiting, and delegating tasks, all while maintaining a strong emphasis on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The role demands a high level of mobility, requiring the Regional Manager to travel 75 percent within the home market and surrounding areas. Physical stamina to meet the demands of a retail environment is essential. Candidates must possess a Food Safety Manager Certification and a valid state driver’s license with insurance upon hire. Freebirds celebrates internal growth, supporting career advancement and aiming for an 80 percent internal promotion rate, which reflects the company’s belief in nurturing talent from within.

Joining Freebirds means becoming part of a bold and inclusive culture where you can truly be yourself and contribute to a thriving team. This opportunity comes with competitive compensation, eligibility for bonuses, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) plans, as well as unique perks like complimentary meals, manager polos, daily pay options via the Earned Wage app, and a commitment to employee development and success.
