Job Requirements
- Multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
- Proficient in restaurant operations including front and back of house
- Able to lead teams using objective performance measures
- Advanced decision-making and prioritization skills
- Strong communication, influence, and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of training and recruiting processes
- Willingness to travel 75 percent within home and surrounding markets
- Physical ability to meet retail environment demands
- Food Safety Manager Certification upon hire
- Valid state driver's license and insurance upon hire
Job Qualifications
- Multi-unit restaurant management experience

- Skilled in using point of sale systems
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in training and recruiting staff
- Food Safety Manager Certification

Job Duties
- Act as key link between headquarters and assigned regional branches
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and guidelines
- Ensure focus on increased sales across the region
- Build and maintain productive customer relations
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations
- Lead training, recruiting, and delegation of tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate team performance using objective measures
