Job Requirements

  • Multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient in restaurant operations including front and back of house
  • Able to lead teams using objective performance measures
  • Advanced decision-making and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of training and recruiting processes
  • Willingness to travel 75 percent within home and surrounding markets
  • Physical ability to meet retail environment demands
  • Food Safety Manager Certification upon hire
  • Valid state driver's license and insurance upon hire

Job Qualifications

  • Multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Proficient in restaurant operations including front and back of house
  • Skilled in using point of sale systems
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in training and recruiting staff
  • Food Safety Manager Certification
  • Valid state driver's license and insurance

Job Duties

  • Act as key link between headquarters and assigned regional branches
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and guidelines
  • Ensure focus on increased sales across the region
  • Build and maintain productive customer relations
  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations
  • Lead training, recruiting, and delegation of tasks to ensure operational efficiency
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance using objective measures
