The Distribution Manager role at Uline’s Texas branch is a hands-on leadership position that requires a passionate and proactive warehouse professional committed to operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead from the warehouse floor, maintaining a close connection to daily operations while inspiring and developing high-performing teams. This role commands responsibility for one of the largest distribution centers in North America, overseeing over 2.5 million square feet of operational space. The Distribution Manager will drive all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics and other supporting departments, ensuring that Uline’s standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety are met consistently.

The Distribution Manager will act as a critical coach and mentor to multiple warehouse managers who oversee a workforce of 500 or more employees. Through continuous feedback and hands-on leadership, the manager will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. A significant portion of this role involves analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), operational challenges, and data to implement effective, data-driven solutions that enhance warehouse performance. This leader will champion day-to-day problem-solving and streamline processes to ensure industry-leading service levels and same-day shipping commitments to customers.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $275,000 per year, reflecting the strategic importance and scale of operations the Distribution Manager will oversee. As part of a dynamic, high-volume logistics environment, the role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and possess strong communication and decision-making skills.
