We are currently seeking a motivated Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator to join our Final Mile Delivery division in Edison, NJ. This role is an excellent opportunity to become part of Ryder's dynamic team where operational efficiency and exceptional customer support are paramount. The position is full-time, hourly, and offers a competitive pay rate of $21.50 per hour, with paid weekly. The shift covers Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, offering Sundays and Mondays off.

As a Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role by providing real-time route support for drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This includes scheduling deliveries, supporting retail clients and end users, and managing end-of-day logistics operations such as driver check-in. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining precise data logging, billing, and record-keeping. Candidates with experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, or home delivery will find this role aligns well with their skills, though it is not mandatory.
