Job Duties
- Clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes according to sanitation requirements
- keep the dish pit organized
- assist the kitchen in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the line and prep areas
- keep up with dish load during low and high volume hours
- maintain adequate levels of clean tableware at all times
- keep the dish room sparkling and organized
- mop and sanitize kitchen floors and Back of House areas
- fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation
