The role available is part-time, based in Tallahassee, requiring availability on Sundays. This position offers the opportunity to engage in various back-of-house (BOH) responsibilities at 4 Rivers Smokehouse. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas, contributing to a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include washing and organizing dishes, performing scheduled cleanings in kitchen and dining spaces, assisting other BOH roles with tasks such as brisket wrapping and cold prep, and managing inventory organization. Additionally, team members may be called upon to fill in across different BOH stations including Smoker, Baker, Hot Prep, and Cold Prep during busy hours.
