Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required
- flexible to work a variety of shifts

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred
- knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow sanitation and safety standards
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Job Duties
- execute proper dish cleaning while maintaining a clean station and workspace
- follow proper sanitation protocols
- perform opening duties including preparation of cleaning stations
- complete closing cleaning duties to ensure kitchen sanitation
- coordinate effectively with other team members and management
- maintain awareness of kitchen equipment and safety procedures
- assist with general kitchen cleanliness and organization
