Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts

Job Duties
- Execute proper dish cleaning while maintaining a clean station and workspace
- Follow proper sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with other team members and management for smooth kitchen operation
- Perform opening and closing cleaning duties
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Support the overall kitchen operations and teamwork
