The Dishwasher/Porter role at Erewhon Market's Tonic Bar is a vital part of the daily operations, ensuring that the bar runs efficiently and maintains high sanitation standards. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay ranging from $19 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, with a robust benefits package. The role involves handling all cleaning duties for the back of house, including keeping dishwashing stations organized, assisting in food storage and sanitation, and supporting the bar team in maintaining a smooth workflow. Candidates will be responsible for fulfilling sanitation requirements in compliance with all health regulations, removing waste, cleaning floors and cold storage areas, and replenishing necessary supplies like dishes and blenders.

In addition to core cleaning responsibilities, the Dishwasher/Porter will also assist the Tonic Bar team by preparing juice, smoothie, tonic, and coffee bar drinks when needed, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with management regarding supplies and equipment. This role is essential to creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that supports the staff and enhances the overall customer experience at the Tonic Bar.
