The role of Dishwasher/Porter at the Tonic Bar is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this vibrant section of Erewhon's store. The Dishwasher/Porter acts as the backbone of the Tonic Bar team by managing food storage, washing of dishes and utensils, cleaning floors, coolers, and stock areas, and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are replenished and ready for daily demands. This role requires a hands-on individual who works closely with other bar clerks and the manager to uphold hygiene standards in compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations, while also maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is essential, as is the physical capability to stand for prolonged periods and manage lifting tasks regularly.
