Job Requirements
- Able to legally work in the United States
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to work in small space and on a moving train
- able to stand for long periods
- available for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- minimum age of 18
- able to speak and read English
- available weekends
- some restaurant experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- proven kitchen or dishwashing experience
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- culinary school diploma a plus
- food handler's or Serve Safe certification preferred or ability to obtain
- strong communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Prepare and maintain cleanliness of all culinary items and stations
- support culinary team during lunch, dinner, and special train events
- adhere to industry best practices and safety standards
- ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned kitchen tasks
- collaborate with team members to maintain efficient kitchen workflow
- assist in setup and breakdown for seasonal experiences and private events
