Job Requirements
- Must be able to provide documentation to legally work in the United States
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in small space and fast paced environment on a moving train
- ability to stand for long periods
- must be available for day, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts
- available weekends
- some restaurant experience
Job Qualifications
- Proven kitchen experience
- culinary school diploma a plus
- food handler's or serve safe certification or ability to obtain
- ability to speak and read English at minimum
Job Duties
- Prepare and maintain cleanliness of all culinary items and stations
- support the culinary team on various train experiences including legacy, lunch, and dinner trains
- assist with seasonal and private events
- maintain a fast-paced and safe working environment on a moving train
- lift and carry culinary items up to 50 lbs
- stand for extended periods
- follow industry best practices for cleanliness and safety
