The Steward / Dishwasher position primarily involves washing dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment to high standards of cleanliness. The individual will also maintain the dishwashing area in a clean and organized manner. This role supports food preparation through basic tasks as needed, helping the kitchen and service teams operate efficiently. Additionally, the steward is responsible for general cleanliness and tidiness in both the kitchen and the guest areas, including taking out the trash and handling routine cleaning duties. This role does not require extensive kitchen experience, but it demands someone who is dependable, hardworking, organized, and comfortable working as part of a team. The work schedule is structured as any five consecutive days with shifts from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Compensation is competitive, with pay set at $18.00 per hour.
