Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
Ability to work morning shifts Monday through Friday
Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Willingness to maintain cleanliness standards and follow safety protocols

Job Qualifications

Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail
Good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils and equipment to approved sanitation standards
Returns clean items back to their proper location
Sweeps, mops and performs general cleaning
Ensure trash bins are clean and emptied as needed
Sweep and mop as needed
Assist with cleaning back of house
