This particular position involves working in a vital operational role focused on maintaining cleanliness and order within the kitchen and food preparation areas. The role primarily entails cleaning dishes, kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation tools to ensure a sanitary and efficient working environment. Employees will be responsible for washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans either by hand or using dishwashers. Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly condition is a key function of this role. The position also includes additional responsibilities such as sweeping and mopping floors, storing equipment properly, and transporting food and equipment throughout the venue as needed.

This job requires a commitment to safety and hygiene, with the expectation that the employee will practice safe work habits and adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Comprehensive company-wide safety training, along with any specific job safety training, is provided to ensure all employees can perform their duties effectively and safely. The position offers an hourly wage of $18, reflecting Legends Global’s dedication to fair and competitive compensation.
