- ability to stand, walk, and bend for entire shift
- ability to push and pull equipment occasionally
- ability to work in variable temperature environments

Job Duties
- clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items using hands or dishwasher
- ensure sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area
- keep kitchenware storage organized
- remove trash from dish room and transport it to the dumpster
- clean and sanitize garbage cans
