The part-time Dishwasher role at Tenaya Lodge involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and with all food and beverage serving equipment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring guest health and safety, which is central to the resort’s operations. Dishwashers use both manual cleaning and dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen utensils to meet stringent sanitation requirements. Duties also include storing clean items appropriately, cleaning and organizing work areas, and properly managing waste disposal and sanitation of garbage cans. This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry items up to 60 pounds during shifts.
