Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to understand and follow directions
- capacity to work cooperatively with others
- able to carry up to 60 lbs
- able to stand, walk, bend for the duration of the shift
- occasional pushing and pulling to move equipment
- exposure to variable temperatures
- availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- legal right to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to understand and follow directions
- capacity to work cooperatively with others
- no prior experience required
- ability to meet physical demands of the job
- basic knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness standards
- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Use hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items ensuring sanitizer levels meet health standards
- store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area keeping kitchenware storage organized
- remove trash from dish room and transport it to dumpster
- clean and sanitize garbage cans
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- maintain health and safety standards
