In this role, LGC Hospitality Staffing is currently seeking dependable Dishwashers for temporary, on-call positions supporting a variety of foodservice operations including hotels, hospitals, schools, and event-based services. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments and have a strong work ethic. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly by maintaining strict cleanliness and sanitation standards. The position is physically demanding, requiring standing for the entire shift, working in hot and wet conditions, and keeping up with a continuous flow of dishes, especially during peak service periods.

This role entails more than just washing dishes; it includes maintaining organization and cleanliness of the dish area and kitchens, removing trash, and assisting with other general kitchen support tasks such as restocking supplies and sweeping or mopping floors. Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines is a priority, along with following directions from kitchen staff, supervisors, and client managers. The Dishwasher must arrive on time, wear the appropriate uniform, and be prepared to work efficiently throughout the shift.
