Job Duties

  • Produces, cleans, and sanitizes pots, dishes, and utensils in a timely fashion
  • maintain and operate in a safe working environment
  • provides high-quality service for guests and fellow employees with a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • maintains dish stations, keeping them clean and free of debris and storing all items in their proper place
  • maintains the kitchen floor, keeping it clean and dry
  • cleans kitchen walls, equipment, and other areas, as assigned
  • willing to learn health department guidelines regarding water temperature, slippery floors, knife handling, and proper use of machinery and equipment
